How your data is handled

Plainly, because you should know exactly what travels and what doesn't.

The nemetic.φ carries no personal information

The encoded line — Φ(…) = σ(x|y) ∘ … + ε | :state — and its plain reading are abstract: the shape of a pattern, not a record of you. Nothing in a nemetic.φ identifies a person. That is the point — it is the part meant to travel.

Your conversation with the GPT is between you and OpenAI

The Elemental Sensemaker runs on ChatGPT. Whatever you type there is governed by your OpenAI account settings and OpenAI's terms — not by us. We never see that conversation. We only ever receive what you choose to submit on the form: the nemetic.φ, its plain reading, your email, an optional name, and whether you want it public.

Public or private — your choice, every time

When it's public, the composing is still private

To generate a public scene the agents process your nemetic.φ through an external language model — but that processing is private. Only the finished scene is made public; the input is never exposed. The output is what you chose to share, nothing more.

Your email

We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to anything you didn't ask for. We use it only to send what you requested — your scene, and (if you opt in) a note when a new scene goes live. Ask us to remove it any time at nema@elemental.fyi.

One honest note

This is a generative practice, not a clinical or validated service. Hold what returns as a way of looking — weather, not a verdict.
