A decision, a knot, a turning — anything you're trying to read clearly. Each element is one lens. You start with the one that fits what you're carrying, walk three choices, and it cuts a single line — a nemetic.φ — that you can take deeper with the guide, then hand on to the next element. Six lenses, and a synthesis at the end.

This is a relay, not a questionnaire: no single lens sees the whole, and a leg of it may be carried by someone else entirely. The φ is what travels between them.

Start anywhere. Begin with the lens that fits — the relay rotates through all six from there. Before you begin, naming where it sits decides which register the lenses read in: the near scales read relationally, the far ones strategically.
